MY DESIGNS AND INVENTIONS

I also like to design and invent things that make people's lives easier and more enjoyable.
In 1987, I built the world's first cat litter box with a rack‑and‑pinion scooping mechanism.
I sent a video to manufacturers in the US and this idea became popular many years leter.

I then became more interested in designing space‑efficient motorhomes and travel trailers.
I was granted a US patent in May 2004 for a 30‑foot trailer as featured in the New York Times.

In 2024, I finally found a way to fit 3 or 4 bedrooms inside a motorhome of approximately 18 or 19 feet in length.
My new designs represent a new class of motorhome which can revolutionize the motorhome industry worldwide.
I have filed patent applications for these designs and intend to have a working prototype built as soon as possible.
I intend to have this class of motorhome manufactured in North America as well as South America, Europe and Asia.

In 2026, I also found a way to reduce the overall length to just over 17 feet while retaining most of the same amenities.
So it is possible for a motorhome with 3 or 4 bedrooms to be of approximately the same length as a typical minivan.

I was also granted my third US patent titled Motorhome with Expandable Bathroom in December 2025.
